| The Triay Law Office was established in 1978. The principal office is in Oakland,
in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most of the firm’s
cases are in the Northern California courts. However,
the firm has handled notable cases all over the State
of California, including cases in Santa Cruz, Santa
Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties.
The firm gets most of its business by referrals from
other attorneys. Consultations with attorneys about
potential cases are free of charge. We pay referral
fees as permitted by the Rules of Professional Conduct.
We are willing to take over a case, to work as co-counsel
with the referring attorney, or to work as a consultant.
We handle cases on a contingency fee basis or on an
hourly fee basis, depending upon the case and the
client's desires. |
