San Francisco Probate Litigation Attorney Charles Triay
Probate litigation attorney Charles Triay has been in private civil practice since 1977. He then developed a specialty in probate litigation. Finding the interplay of detailed probate law and messy family dynamics fascinating, he then found his niche in helping individuals and families find justice in probate court. Since then, he has prided himself on providing unsurpassed personal service to all of his clients. He then gained a reputation as one of the top probate litigators in Northern California. In addition to probate litigation practice, Attorney Triay regularly represents estate administrators and trustees.
In 1992, Attorney Triay was certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law.

Probate litigation attorney Paul Epstein is an associate at the Triay Law Office. He has been building his probate litigation practice since 2007. Attorney Epstein appreciates the complexity of probate and trust litigation cases. He works closely with his clients to bring them some measure of comfort during an emotionally charged time. He feels fortunate that he is then able to use his knowledge of the law and his skills as a litigator to provide solutions for his clients.
Paul is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the East Bay Trust and Estates Lawyers. He has served as a court-appointed Personal Representative of estates in the Alameda County Superior Court.

Unlike other law firms, the Triay Law Office allows clients to pay probate litigation attorney fees on either an hourly or a contingency basis, depending on the case and the client’s desires. The law firm gets most clients and business by referrals from other attorneys. Consultations with attorneys about potential cases are free of charge. The Triay Law Office pays referral fees as permitted by the Rules of Professional Conduct. We are willing to take over a case, to work as co-counsel with another attorney or to work as a consultant.
